No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Payment
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment methods.
No additional charges apply for COD orders, but a standard shipping fee may be applicable depending on the order amount.
Shipping
Our shipping services are currently available only in Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days, excluding Sundays. During peak shopping periods or large sale events, delivery may extend to 5 working days.
For orders below Rs. 2,999, a shipping fee of Rs. 199 is charged.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the item meets our return conditions. Please refer to our return policy page for detailed information.
Once we receive the returned item, it typically takes 5-7 working days to inspect and process the return. You’ll be notified once the return is complete.
Refunds are issued according to our policy if the item meets return conditions. We happily refund your amount. Please keep in mind that shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Each product page includes a standard size chart (chest, length, sleeve, neck in inches) to help you choose the best fit. Currently, we don’t offer customized sizing options.
